Making your home with Friary Care
The care and comfort of all those whose live with us is always our highest priority. We appreciate that living in a care home is not the same as having your own home, so we make it our responsibility to meet all your personal requirements in such a way as to ensure you are relaxed and happy.

- Emergency call systems in every bedroom
- Large lounge and dining area to socialise with residents and visiting friends and families
- A tailored care plan when you move in
We take extra care to ensure all of your needs are catered for. All of our rooms have emergency call systems so our staff are never far away should you need them. You are welcome to bring any items of your own furniture and all of our rooms are accessible by wheelchair even if you do not need one right now.
Care to meet your needs
You can socialise with other residents and visiting friends and families in our large lounge or dining areas. Whilst we have set meal times, we are happy for people to ask for a variation on these if they wish and we are very happy to serve the meals in your room if that is what you prefer. If you are hungry through the night, the staff will happily make you toast and a drink.
We plan your meals with you and ensure that your room is homely and comfortable, we can arrange for you to go shopping if you wish, go out for coffee, visit the cinema, and organise trips further afield if you wish. We have regular entertainment laid on in the home that you can attend.
The care we offer is individually tailored to your needs, we continuously seek everyone’s views, hold resident’s meetings and collect responses to our questionnaires, so that we can continue to improve.
We are open to both positive and negative feedback, and operate a no-blame culture, as we know mistakes are an inevitable part of life, the key is to learn from them.
